Delete Your Jamsody Account

1. Open the Jamsody app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Advanced.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
6. Tap Delete to permanently delete your account.

• Your Jamsody account is permanently deleted.
• This action cannot be undone.
• You will be signed out after deletion is completed.

1. Open your email app.
2. Send your request to support@jamsody.com.
3. Send it from the same email address registered to your Jamsody account so we can verify ownership.
4. Include your Jamsody username if available to help us locate the account faster.

• We will review the request and verify that it came from the account owner.
• Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the account data associated with your profile.
• We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days.

• Account profile details such as your email, username, bio, and preferences
• Uploaded media and profile content associated with your account
• Messages, invitations, and activity data tied to your account, where deletion is supported

We may retain limited information when required for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as:

• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention records
• Transactional or system logs required to maintain service integrity
• Records we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations
