1.3 Location Information (Required)

Jamsody requires access to your device location to enable core features such as discovering nearby musicians and events. When you use the Service, we collect precise location data (latitude and longitude) from your device.

We may convert this data into a readable area (for example, neighborhood or city name such as “Hougang, Singapore”) for display within the Service. Your precise coordinates are used to power discovery features and are not sold to third parties.

• Basic logs for security and debugging
• Crash/error logs and performance diagnostics

• Create and manage your account
• Enable discovery of musicians and events based on location
• Facilitate messaging, invitations, and connections
• Support event creation and participation
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.

Depending on your in-app settings, your profile and content may be visible to other users. Please avoid posting personal information you do not want others to see.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can request deletion of your account by contacting support@jamsody.com.

Jamsody is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18. If we become aware of an under-18 account, we may remove the account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
