Terms of Service

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service allows you to upload and share content such as text, photos, videos, and audio (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Jamsody a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for operating and providing the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload your content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

• Harassment, threats, hate, or discriminatory content
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or deceptive behavior
• Posting illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
• Attempting to access accounts or data you don’t have permission to access
• Uploading malware or abusing the Service’s infrastructure

The Service may help users discover and organize events or meetups. Users are responsible for their own conduct and safety. Jamsody does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the identity, behavior, or suitability of any user, event, or venue. Use good judgment when meeting others and attending events.

The Service uses location to enable discovery and nearby events. Location-based features may display your general area or distance to others depending on settings and app design.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, harmed the community, or created risk for the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Jamsody and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service except as allowed by law or with our permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamsody will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
